God’s peace is available even when your mind feels restless.
Some nights your thoughts won’t slow down.
Some nights the “what ifs” feel louder.
Some nights the worries try to follow you into rest.
But God’s peace doesn’t depend on a quiet mind it comes from a guarded heart.
You don’t have to solve everything tonight.
You don’t have to replay every conversation.
You don’t have to figure out tomorrow right now.
God invites you to lay your thoughts at His feet and receive His calm in exchange.
“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
Reflection:
What thoughts have been keeping your heart restless tonight?
What would it look like to hand them over to God before rest?
Lord, quiet my heart even when my thoughts feel busy. Cover my mind with Your peace and help me rest in Your care.”
God’s peace is stronger than every restless thought.
