Good morning,
Peace Dweller!
“In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and trust shall be your strength.” – Isaiah 30:15
There is rest in the stillness of safety. The peace of God is in a league of its own. It can’t be duplicated only imitated.
Say this, “Stillness is my strength today. I will not exalt myself above trusting God. I will remain cool, calm, and collect trusting that God is not a man that He should lie.” Peace is a choice worth making. Many times we forfeit peace trying to prove a point that was never truly an issue in the first place. The enemy doesn’t create chaos just because! No, he does it to first alarm you, secondly get a reaction out of you, and last but not least getting you to forsake your peace. Every action does not require a reaction and every encounter does not require an interaction. The choice was, is, and will always be yours to make. The greatest control you can have is self control. The ability to know, understand, and stand on who you are in Christ is a force to be reckoned with. Making up in your mind that you won’t fight back but stand behind the victor is what will make you victorious. The power of God is mightier than them all. He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else( Ephesians 1:21). It’s when you know your God that you will know your place. There is no place like home!
✅ Also, take a moment to reflect on the goodness of God. Don’t move from that place until you feel at home!
